It is hard to believe that it is almost one year since we made the decision to move to Antigo.  Our first introduction to Bolen Realty was a response to a message that we left on your answering machine requesting information about housing in Antigo.  The response was timely, to the point and helpful.  Appropriate follow-up calls were made as we were trying to sell our home in Athens before we were willing to buy a new home.   It added comfort to us that help was available when we were ready to make a decision.

You were one of the first calls we made after our home sold. Unfortunately, even though it took a long time to sell our home, we needed to move out in a short time if we were going to close the deal. You understood our need for housing on a specific date, the budget we had allocated for housing, and the features we were looking for in a home. You provided a complete building contract that outlined in detail exactly what we were getting and when. You then completed the project on time exactly to the specifications. Simple as that.

As the project progressed, you kept us informed, used good common sense to deal with those little bumps, as all projects have to keep it on schedule with out compromising the end project As you know this was our third home that we built. While all of the projects went well, the individual attention you gave us during the project was beyond our highest expectations
